Coaching sessions are designed to help athletes and performers strengthen their mindset, build confidence, and improve focus. Each 60-minute session is structured to be collaborative, supportive, and goal-driven:
Pre-Session Questionnaires
Before your first session, you’ll complete a brief online questionnaire covering your goals, current challenges, and areas you’d like to improve.
Follow-up questionnaires may be used to track your progress and guide future sessions.
Check-In & Progress Review (10–15 minutes)
Every session begins with a short discussion of how you’ve been doing since the last meeting—celebrating wins, noting challenges, and addressing any new concerns.
Skill-Building & Guided Strategies (30–35 minutes)
The core of each session involves learning and practicing mental performance skills such as visualization, reframing self-talk, managing stress under pressure, and developing pre-competition routines.
Techniques are tailored to your unique goals and sport or performance needs.
Feedback & Action Plan (10–15 minutes)
We’ll wrap up with feedback on progress and agree on a clear action plan—specific exercises, mental drills, or routines to work on before the next session.
You’ll receive ongoing guidance and encouragement between sessions as needed.
30-Minute sessions are also available for younger athletes.

For a limited time, we’re offering affordable starter packages to make mental performance coaching accessible as we build this program:

8 sessions: $800
